Get ready for a summer filled with movement, creativity, and confidence-building fun. Kidcam Camps at St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church in Baton Rouge runs for 10 exciting weeks, with Morning Care starting at 7:00 AM, giving kids a full day of friendship, exploration, and unforgettable camp moments.

👩‍🏫 Meet the Camp Director: Ms. Arlecha Washington

Leading this location is Ms. Arlecha Washington, whose Kidcam journey began as a counselor before serving as Office Assistant at St. Margaret’s and most recently Camp Director at Kidcam Unitarian. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in History with a minor in Social Studies Education and has always known she wanted to be a teacher and make a difference in children’s lives.

With over five years of experience working with children of all ages, Arlecha is passionate about creating a summer where every camper feels supported, inspired, and excited to learn and grow.

When she’s not at camp, she loves traveling, cooking and trying new recipes, and is always ready for a new adventure — energy she brings right into camp life.
