Locate your camp and click “Register Now”
This will take you to the site where you will choose your registration fee & weeks.
If you see multiple camps, use the filter option at the top to narrow down your camp.
Once only your camp location is showing, click the red cart button to add each week you want to your shopping cart.
When you’ve finished adding weeks, click Go to cart.
Click Checkout.
For each camp week, select the Person option and choose your camper’s name. If you have multiple campers or multiple weeks, repeat this for each item in the cart.
Add your camper’s t-shirt.
Click Select Size.
Click Add and Click Continue.
Again, select the PERSON option to keep assigning each camper to each week in your cart.
Click Continue.
Fill in the required fields, including Grade and all other mandatory information.
Check the box agreeing to the Transfer/Refund Policy, Waivers, Parent/Camper Handbook.
Click Continue to cart. Checkout from there.
Sibling discounts will display on the final screen of the checkout process.
Looking to add more weeks of camp for your child this summer? Not a problem. If space remains in a week, you have until the Friday prior to register for the next week of camp.

Click "Register for more programs"
Choose the state where your camp is located
Click "City" and Filter by City (Where by Camp) to see only the weeks for a specific camp location.
Add Weeks to Shopping Cart by clicking the red cart button at the bottom right of each week,
Click your cart icon at top right of the screen to continue through the checkout process.
Click "Checkout"
You may have to enter your email and password again to login.
Select the "Camper" name who is attending each week.
Add any Extended Care, Food or Gear options next.
Click "continue"
Continue selecting camper's name for additional weeks.
Agree to the Waivers and Digital Signature. Continue to Checkout and Pay.
What to Know about Food at Camp
If you know your child will be purchasing Breakfast, Lunch or Snack, these items must be prepurchased for each day of the week. Campers who don't have food items purchased will not be approved to buy food. You can add food items up until the morning of each weekday, as well as by letting camp know the morning at dropoff to charge your card on file. Campers staying in Aftercare will automatically be given a snack. No purchase is needed.
Lunch menus are added to your Weekly Camp Schedule that is sent the Friday before each week of camp.
Campers can also bring lunch and snacks from home.
What to Know about Extended Care
We know everyone's schedules are different, so we've tried to build as many options for using Extended Care as possible.
First, check with your camp location for the times of Before and After Care. Some camp times vary, and these can be found on your specific camp location webpage, as well as Parent Things to Know that was sent in your Open House email.
Campers can arrive at no charge between 8:30-9:00am.
Second, you can purchase the Full Weekly Bundle, which includes Before and Aftercare for each day of the week, as well as your aftercare snack. This option offers the most savings.
Need just Before or AfterCare every day? Buy just the one service for the full week. There's still a savings when buying the full week.
Need just a few days a week? You can purchase single day options.
Have no clue yet? That's ok. You can add items for the day, or if you're meeting runs late and your child goes to Aftercare, no worries. We will charge the day using your card on file.
To Add Extended Care, Before Care, After Care, or Food Purchases to your account, follow the below steps (it is ok to wait until the week or even day of camp to add food or extended care items for that day/week.):

Login to Parent Portal
Find the Week you want to add Extended Care and/or Food Options. Click "Edit"
Add Purchase
Select the Add-On Packages/Items you want for the week. Include Extended Care Option Bundles, or items by the day, and/or Breakfast, Lunch or Snack by the Day.
Click "checkout" and finalized the payment process.

Login to Parent Portal
Choose the Registration Fee or Week. Click "Edit." You can purchase a shirt from either section.
Add Purchase
Select the T-Shirt Option, Choose Size & Quantity.
Click "checkout" and finalized the payment process.

Click Pay Bill Now or Pay in Full
If you want to make a partial payment leading up to the due date, choose Pay Bill Now, and you can add a custom amount towards your payment due.
Enter Billing Information and Submit.
Families who have registered for a week and applied a payment plan towards their balance due will see the final charge automatically processed using the card on file the Friday prior to each week of camp at 12:01am.
Should a payment decline, you will be notified to login and make another payment towards your balance due. Campers will not be able to attend camp should their balance due not be paid before the start of camp on a Monday.

Log into you Active account
Click your initial at the top right and go to My Programs
Scroll to the bottom of the Registrants section
Click add “Secondary Parent”
Enter information and save
Only individuals listed on your account as an authorized pickup person, may pick up your child from camp. Everyone should be prepared to show a valid picture ID or carpool tag until we get to know you.

Click + Sign, Add PickUp
Enter Name & Phone Number of Authorizex Person.
All Authorized PickUp People should still be prepared to show their ID upon pickup.

Log into you Active account
Click your initial at the top right and go to My Programs
Scroll to the bottom of the Registrants section
Edit Registration Form
Under “Registrants” you can find the forms under “Medical Authorization Form”
The transfer of a week can be processed by you through your Parent Account in Active Network no less than 10 days leading up to the week of the transfer, and there is available space remaining in the week requested.
If space in a week is not available, and the request is made less than 4 weeks prior to a camper’s start date, Kidcam may transfer funds to be used as a credit on your account for future use towards tuition, extended care or food. Any unused funds are non-refundable and will rollover to future camp terms.
A $10 administrative fee per camper, per week will be added to all transfer requests that can be accommodated.

Login to Parent Portal
Click "Edit" on the Week you want to transfer.
Click Transfer
Click the "Search by session name" field for the Camp Location where you are transferring and then select the new week.
Select the Camp Location and New Week that you are transferring into.
Click "Transfer in"
Add any necessary extended care options and/or Food and click continue.
Agree to Waivers. Digitally Sign. Continue.
Pay and price difference using card on file and Confirm.
Refund requests must be made in writing by emailing accounting@kidcamcamps.com within the policy timeframe
Registration fees are non-refundable.
Credit card processing fees will be incurred for any tuition refunds at 4.5%. Credit Card processing fees encompass the full cost of tuition even if only the deposit was paid.
Refund requests must be made no later than four (4) weeks prior to the week a camper is enrolled to start. After this date, we are unable to provide refunds as the space has been allocated to that camper and waitlist options are closed.
Not attending the program for any reason does not entitle a refund. When registering a camper, it reserves space, time, and staffing whether or not your child attends the program.
