Kidcam offers lifeguard supervised free-swim for all campers. The frequency of swim days is based on the location of each camp and the pool where they swim.
All campers are given a swim test upon their first week of camp. Campers who are not able to pass the Swim Test will remain in designated safety areas, such as a kiddie pool, or the shallow end of the pool based on the type of accommodations at the camp location.
Campers who cannot pass the swim test must bring a Coast Guard approved life vest to camp to be able to swim in the pool.
A Kidcam Swim Test encompasses a camper being able to swim 15' independently from width-to-width of the pool. Swim Tests are given by our lifeguards and Camp/Aquatics Director. These individuals make the safest determination of the camper's swimming ability to determine the color band a camper receives.
Campers learning to swim may request to retake a swim test in future weeks of camp.
Campers may bring goggles to camp. Please label anything that comes from home for your camper.
Kidcam is classified as a recreational activity, not daycare, so FSA cards cannot be used directly. However, you can pay using a personal card, print your receipt that's emailed, and can be found on your Camp Account Details page of the Parent Portal, and submit it for reimbursement through your FSA provider.
Kidcam does not accept CCAP, but dependent healthcare accounts may reimburse summer camp fees based on receipts, though automatic payment processing isn't available.
Campers should leave personal technology, toys, and sports equipment at home unless approved for specific activities. Cell phones and electronics are not allowed on camp property. Kidcam Camps is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

Please contact us to set a meeting with a camp director to determine if a particular camp is a suitable and will be a positive experience for your child before enrollment.
