Kidcam Covington fills up quickly each week, so we encourage you to register as soon as you know your schedule. To ensure your spot, we recommend securing all of your weeks at least one month before the week you plan to attend.
Options to purchase Extended Hours, Lunch and Snacks
For campers K–13, the Spirit of Summer comes alive each week through themed adventures filled with swimming, horseback riding, archery, team sports, art, science, nature trails, field days, and more. Campers enjoy vast green spaces for games and water play, along with two large, air-conditioned spaces for indoor activities. Plus, talent shows, counselor competitions, and special performances add to the fun. Backed by over 50 years of trusted experience and ACA accreditation, Kidcam makes summer safe, flexible, and stress-free for parents—and unforgettable for kids.

$189 for siblings
A $75 deposit per week secures your camper’s spot for each week you plan to attend. Remaining tuition is due by Friday at 3:00 PM prior to each camp week. If final payment is not received by this deadline, the deposit will be forfeited and the camper’s spot will be released.
Before & After Care
7:30 - 8:30 AM | 3:00 - 5:30 PM After-care
Before Camp Care is available as early as 7:30 AM. Campers may arrive between 8:30AM-8:55AM at no charge. The camp day begins at 9:00AM.
After Camp Care is available from 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM.

Registration

Weekly Tuition

Enrollment is first-come, first-served and weekly sessions will close once full. If space remains, families may register up until the Thursday prior to each camp week. All payments must be completed through your online parent account. Deposits will be available on the final payment screen after each week is added to the shopping cart.
Refunds
Registration fees are non-refundable. Please visit our Policies & Procedures for complete details on refunds.
Refunds can be processed up to 4 weeks before a camper’s start date by emailing accounting@kidcamcamps.com.
$10 fee per camper/week + credit card processing fees.
Transfer of weeks can now be managed directly in your online Parent Portal if processed 10 days prior to a camper's weekly start date.
Transfers
Transfers between camp weeks must be made no less than 10 days leading up to the week of the transfer if here is available space remaining in the week requested.
A $10 administrative fee will be added to all transfer requests that can be accommodated.
Transfers can now be managed directly in your online Parent Portal within the policy timeframe and through the section of the week you need to transfer!

Ages
Kidcam Camp is open to boys and girls, K-13 years old. Campers MUST be entering Kindergarten before attending a Kidcam Camp.
Lunch & Snacks
Parents may send food from home for their campers each day or pre-purchase Breakfast, lunch, and snack for each day they attend.
Breakfast - $2.25 per day, per camper
Lunch - $6.25 per day, per camper
Snacks - $2.25 per day, per camper
Food options MUST be pre-purchased, by day, through your Parent Portal.
For lunch, snacks and breakfast, item MUST be purchased as an Add-On in the weekly section of your Parent Portal for each day the meal item is needed. Parents can do this each week through their 'order' section for the week in their parent portal.
If a camper doesn't have lunch, lunch will be charged using the card on file.
For safety reasons, glass bottled drinks are not allowed at camp. Box drinks, canned drinks, or plastic/insulated thermos are acceptable.

Gear
CAMP SHIRTS MUST BE WORN EVERY DAY. There is no exception to this rule unless a day is noted on your schedule as “costume day” or other type of special dress day.
If a camper comes to camp without a camp shirt, the camper MUST purchase a shirt to remain in camp that day. The parents also have the option to bring a shirt to camp.
Please label all shirts, shorts, shoes, towels, water bottles and lunch boxes, or other items brought from home.
Activities | Weekly Themes
Kidcam’s engaging weekly themes are action-packed with activities that promote fun, fitness, friendship, and creativity each week.
“The Spirit of Summer” celebrates all that makes Kidcam’s 52 years GREAT!
Campers enjoy a different theme each week, while incorporating activities ranging from sports, arts, STEM, special activities, and water play.
Weekly schedules and any field trips will be posted online no later than the Friday prior to each week a camper attends.

Lauren Riddell
Leading the fun this summer is Ms. Lauren Riddell! With 7 years of experience in education and youth programs, Lauren has served as a teacher, mentor, counselor, and leader. Each role has shaped her belief that camp should be a place where kids feel safe, confident, included, and free to be their very best selves.
This is Lauren’s first year as Camp Director, and she couldn’t be more excited to welcome campers and families. When she’s not planning the next big camp event, Lauren loves spending time with friends and family, making lifelong memories — something she can’t wait to help campers do all summer long.
