Everything You Need to Know Before You Get Started
Summer is just around the corner, and we’re so excited to welcome families to Kidcam Summer Camp! To make registration easy, organized, and secure, Kidcam uses Active Network, a trusted registration platform used by camps and programs nationwide.
Whether you’re registering for one week or the entire summer, the steps below will walk you through the process and highlight the most important things to know before you click “register.”

Things to Know Before Registering
Take Advantage of Early Bird Registration Fees
Register early to save:
$30 Registration Fee: January 5–25
$40 Registration Fee: January 26–February 15
$50 Registration Fee: February 16 and after
👉 The registration fee is required to confirm your camper’s attendance, activate your Parent Account, and give you access to all camp communication leading up to summer.
Free Kidcam T-Shirt
Receive a free Kidcam T-shirt when you register January 5–March 31
Be sure to select your camper’s shirt size during checkout
Once you've determined the camp location your family wants to attend, you will proceed to registering them through our Parent Portal using Active Network.
Here's Step-by-Step directions to guide you through the process of registering for Kidcam Camp.
Step 1: Start Registration
Visit the Kidcam Camp registration page to begin:
Step 2: Add the Registration Fee
In the Active Network Camp Store, add the Registration Fee to your cart
The fee may appear as $0 initially, but the correct pricing will automatically apply at checkout
This step is required to secure your camper’s spot and unlock your Parent Account
Step 3: Add the Camp Weeks You Need
Select the weeks your child(ren) will attend camp
You may:
Pay in full, or
Choose a deposit payment plan (if available at your camp location)
👉 Weeks may be purchased up until the Friday prior to each camp week, as long as space is available.
Step 4: Add Camper Information & Complete Forms
As you move through checkout, you’ll:
Enter camper details
Assign each child to the weeks they’ll attend
Complete required forms
If you’re registering multiple children, simply add all weeks first. You’ll assign each child to their specific weeks during checkout.
Step 5: Select Your Free T-Shirt & Optional Add-Ons
Choose your free T-shirt size (January–March registrations)
You may also add:
Extended Care
Weekly Food Add-Ons
👉 These add-ons can be purchased now or added later as summer approaches.
Step 6: Choose Your Payment Option
On the final payment screen, you’ll see options based on your camp location:
Pay in full, or
Pay a deposit to secure your camper’s weeks
Important notes:
Some locations require full payment due to high demand
Deposit amounts vary by camp and enrollment
Deposits become non-refundable 4 weeks prior to each camp week
Remaining balances must be paid by the Friday before each week
If not paid manually, your card on file will be automatically charged

You can register for multiple locations under one registration fee.

Weekly bundles can be purchased up until the Sunday before each camp week
After that, Directors may charge the card on file if space is available
