Kidcam Camp in Slidell will be at Aldersgate United Methodist Church on Robert Rd. At Kidcam, build a summer that works for your schedule and family up to 10 weeks.

Options to purchase Extended Hours, Lunch and Snacks
For campers K–13, the Spirit of Summer comes alive through swimming each week, STEM, sports, arts, life skills, water play, movement, and Kidcam’s long-standing traditions. Plus, enjoy talent shows, counselor competitions, special performances, and more. Campers in Slidell will also get offsite at least once a week to go swimming at Lakeside Country Club and enjoy movies and park time at John Slidell Park.

Registration

Registration Fee

Weekly Tuition
Weekly tuition must be paid to secure a camper's place in a week. Enrollment is on a first-come, first served basis and will close once spots in a week are full. If space remains, parents may register up until the Thursday prior to a week. Tuition payments must be made through your parent account online.
Refunds
Registration fees are non-refundable. Please visit our Policies & Procedures for complete details on refunds.
Refunds can be processed up to 4 weeks before a camper’s start date by emailing accounting@kidcamcamps.com.
$10 fee per camper/week + credit card processing fees.
Transfer of weeks can now be managed directly in your online Parent Portal if processed 10 days prior to a camper's weekly start date.
Transfers
Transfers between camp weeks must be made no less than 10 days leading up to the week of the transfer if here is available space remaining in the week requested.
A $10 administrative fee will be added to all transfer requests that can be accommodated.
Transfers can now be managed directly in your online Parent Portal within the policy timeframe and through the section of the week you need to transfer!

Ages
Kidcam Camp is open to boys and girls, K-13 years old. Campers MUST be entering Kindergarten before attending a Kidcam Camp.
Lunch & Snacks
Parents may send food from home for their campers each day or pre-purchase Breakfast, lunch, and snack for each day they attend.
Breakfast - $2.25 per day, per camper
Lunch - $6.25 per day, per camper
Snacks - $2.25 per day, per camper
Food options MUST be pre-purchased, by day, through your Parent Portal.
For lunch, snacks and breakfast, item MUST be purchased as an Add-On in the weekly section of your Parent Portal for each day the meal item is needed. Parents can do this each week through their 'order' section for the week in their parent portal.
If a camper doesn't have lunch, lunch will be charged using the card on file.
For safety reasons, glass bottled drinks are not allowed at camp. Box drinks, canned drinks, or plastic/insulated thermos are acceptable.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up
Drop-off and pick-up carpool line TBD through the parking lot at Aldersgate.
Before Care & After Care

Gear
CAMP SHIRTS MUST BE WORN EVERY DAY. There is no exception to this rule unless a day is noted on your schedule as “costume day” or other type of special dress day.
If a camper comes to camp without a camp shirt, the camper MUST purchase a shirt to remain in camp that day. The parents also have the option to bring a shirt to camp.
Please label all shirts, shorts, shoes, towels, water bottles and lunch boxes, or other items brought from home.
Activities | Weekly Themes
Kidcam’s engaging weekly themes are action-packed with activities that promote fun, fitness, friendship, and creativity each week.
“The Spirit of Summer” celebrates all that makes Kidcam’s 52 years GREAT!
Campers enjoy a different theme each week, while incorporating activities ranging from sports, arts, STEM, special activities, and water play.
Weekly schedules and any field trips will be posted online no later than the Friday prior to each week a camper attends.

Jill Jeffrey
Kidcam is very excited to welcome Jill Jeffrey back as the Kidcam Camp Slidell Director for the 2026 Summer season.
Jill Jeffrey is a school bus driver in St Tammany Parish who has worked with children of all ages for 23 years. She has worked at Kidcam’s Slidell Camps for 6 years.
Outside of camp, she loves to spend time with her children, going on road trips, and volunteering her time at Pearl River High School.
