Options to purchase Extended Hours, Lunch and Snacks
For campers 5–13, the Spirit of Summer comes alive through weekly themes incorporating lake swimming, STEM, sports, arts, life skills, movement, visits to Flip Side Aqua Park, The Wildlife Center, Archery Range and Kidcam’s long-standing traditions. Plus, enjoy talent shows, counselor competitions, special performances, and more. With over 50 years of trusted experience and accreditation by the American Camp Association, Kidcam makes summer safe, flexible, and stress-free for parents—and unforgettable for kids.

Weekly Rates
$195 per week
$175.50 for siblings
A $50 deposit per week secures your camper’s spot for each week you plan to attend. Remaining tuition is due by Friday at 3:00 PM prior to each camp week. If final payment is not received by this deadline, the deposit will be forfeited and the camper’s spot will be released.
Before & After Care
7:00 - 8:30 AM | 3:00 - 6:00 PM After-care
Before Camp Care is available as early as 7:00 AM. Campers may arrive between 8:30AM-8:55AM at no charge. The camp day begins at 9:00AM.
After Camp Care is available from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM.

Registration

Registration Fee
Registration fees are non-refundable. Please visit our Policies & Procedures for complete details on refunds.

$50 Registration Fee: Feb 16 and after

You can also choose to pay the full tuition no later than the Friday prior to each week of camp. Simply pay the registration fee to secure your camper's place at Kidcam.
Enrollment is first-come, first-served and weekly sessions will close once full. If space remains, families may register up until the Thursday prior to each camp week. All payments must be completed through your online parent account. Deposits will be available on the final payment screen after each week is added to the shopping cart.
Refunds
Registration fees are non-refundable. Please visit our Policies & Procedures for complete details on refunds.
Refunds can be processed up to 4 weeks before a camper’s start date by emailing accounting@kidcamcamps.com.
$10 fee per camper/week + credit card processing fees.
Transfer of weeks can now be managed directly in your online Parent Portal if processed 10 days prior to a camper's weekly start date.
Transfers
Transfers between camp weeks must be made no less than 10 days leading up to the week of the transfer if here is available space remaining in the week requested.
A $10 administrative fee will be added to all transfer requests that can be accommodated.
Transfers can now be managed directly in your online Parent Portal within the policy timeframe and through the section of the week you need to transfer!
More To Know...
Ages
Kidcam Camp is open to boys and girls, 5-13 years old. Campers MUST be age 5 or older before attending a Kidcam Camp.
Lunch & Snacks
Parents may send food from home for their campers each day or pre-purchase Breakfast, lunch, and snack for each day they attend.
Breakfast - $2.25 per day, per camper
Lunch - $6.25 per day, per camper
Snacks - $2.25 per day, per camper
Food options MUST be pre-purchased, by day, through your Parent Portal.
For lunch, snacks and breakfast, item MUST be purchased as an Add-On in the weekly section of your Parent Portal for each day the meal item is needed. Parents can do this each week through their 'order' section for the week in their parent portal.
If a camper doesn't have lunch, lunch will be charged using the card on file.
For safety reasons, glass bottled drinks are not allowed at camp. Box drinks, canned drinks, or plastic/insulated thermos are acceptable.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up
Drop Off and Pickup: Will take place at the roundabout in front of the office buildings behind the Oak Room at 200 Terrace Drive. Follow the Kidcam signs past the Oak Room to the next parking lot, stay in your car, we will come to you.
For Aftercare pick-up, park behind the Oak Room, walk in to check your camper out. Please have your photo I.D. ready.
Before Care & After Care

Gear
CAMP SHIRTS MUST BE WORN EVERY DAY. There is no exception to this rule unless a day is noted on your schedule as “costume day” or other type of special dress day.
If a camper comes to camp without a camp shirt, the camper MUST purchase a shirt to remain in camp that day. The parents also have the option to bring a shirt to camp.
Please label all shirts, shorts, shoes, towels, water bottles and lunch boxes, or other items brought from home.
Activities | Weekly Themes
Kidcam’s engaging weekly themes are action-packed with activities that promote fun, fitness, friendship, and creativity each week.
“The Spirit of Summer” celebrates all that makes Kidcam’s 52 years GREAT!
Campers enjoy a different theme each week, while incorporating activities ranging from sports, arts, STEM, special activities, and water play.
Weekly schedules and any field trips will be posted online no later than the Friday prior to each week a camper attends.

Kelly Wagner
Kelly Wagner is super excited for this upcoming summer! She is a former classroom teacher, Education and Camp Director, exotic animal caretaker and current homeschool mom. She loves the outdoors, and learning anything about nature and conservation. Kelly has camped and traveled all throughout the lower 48 states and internationally to over 15 countries and is always up for an adventure! She loves trying new and local cuisines and learning the local culture of wherever she is visiting.
