For campers K–13, the Spirit of Summer comes alive through weekly themes incorporating traditional Kidcam Camp activities such as arts and crafts, STEM, food crafts, group games and more. In addition, campers enjoy all that Airborne-X has to offer including multiple jump zones, playland, obstacle course, air bags,a nd zzip lines! With over 50 years of trusted experience and accreditation by the American Camp Association, Kidcam makes summer safe, flexible, and stress-free for parents—and unforgettable for kids.

Registration

Registration Fee

Weekly Tuition
Weekly tuition must be paid to secure a camper's place in a week. Enrollment is on a first-come, first served basis and will close once spots in a week are full. If space remains, parents may register up until the Thursday prior to a week. Tuition payments must be made through your parent account online.
Refunds
Registration fees are non-refundable. Please visit our Policies & Procedures for complete details on refunds.
Transfers
Transfers to another session will be accepted if
The request is made no less than 10 days leading up to the week of the transfer
There is available space remaining in the week requested
A $10 administrative fee will be added to all transfer requests that can be accommodated.

Accreditation
Kidcam Camps is proud to be Accredited by the American Camp Association. ACA Accreditation means that your child’s camp cares enough to undergo a thorough (up to 300 standards) review of its operation every year — from staff qualifications and training to emergency management. ACA collaborates with experts from the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Red Cross, and other youth-serving agencies to assure that current practices at your child’s camp reflect the most up-to-date, research-based standards in camp operation. Camps and ACA form a partnership that promotes growth and fun in an environment committed to safety. ACA accreditation assures families that camps have made the commitment to a safe, nurturing environment for their children. ACA standards are recognized by courts of law and government regulators as the standards of the camp community.

Ages
Kidcam Camp is open to boys and girls, 5-13 years old. Campers must turn 5 by 9/30 the year of camp.
Lunch & Snacks
Campers may bring their lunch/snacks or purchase breakfast, snacks, and lunch as needed, or save with an all-included meal plan.
Breakfast - $2.00 per day, per camper
Lunch - $6.00 per day, per camper
Snacks - $2.00 per day, per camper
Campers will only be allowed to purchase food and/or drinks at camp if food credits have been purchased through their camp account.
Purchase number of 'food items' your camper needs weekly in the Merchandise section of your shopping cart when buying weeks, or:
SAVE with the Meal Plan Package ($40) that includes all meals and snacks (in the Session Options section).
Campers MUST have pre-purchased food items in order to buy meals or snacks.
No need to send cash — all purchases are linked to your camper’s account!
Credits roll over week-to-week, so buy them all at once or on a weekly basis.
Lunch Menus released on your weekly Camp Schedule no later than the Friday prior to a camp week.
For safety reasons, glass bottled drinks are not allowed at camp. Box drinks, canned drinks, or plastic/insulated thermos are acceptable
Drop-Off and Pick-Up
Drop-off and pick-up: Carpool drop-off and dismissal will be in the rear of the buidling. Come in from the Manhattan side behind Club 4 Fitness. Drop-off will be at the open back door past the loading ramp.
For After-care pick-up, park in the front and come in through the main entrance.
Before Care & After Care
7:00 - 8:30 AM | 3:00 - 6:00 PM After-care
Before Camp Care is available as early as 7:00 AM. Campers may arrive between 8:30AM-8:55AM at no charge. The camp day begins at 9:00AM.
After Camp Care is available from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM.

Can also be billed 'as needed' by day to credit card on file.
Gear
CAMP SHIRTS MUST BE WORN EVERY DAY. There is no exception to this rule unless a day is noted on your schedule as “costume day” or other type of special dress day.
If a camper comes to camp without a camp shirt, the camper MUST purchase a shirt to remain in camp that day. The parents also have the option to bring a shirt to camp.
Please label all shirts, shorts, shoes, towels, water bottles and lunch boxes, or other items brought from home.
Activities
Kidcam’s engaging weekly themes are action-packed with activities that promote fun, fitness, friendship, and creativity each week.
Campers enjoy a different theme each week, while incorporating activities ranging from arts and crafts, STEM, food crafts, group games, and mini-lessons, as well as all the fun Airborne-X has to offer, including jump zones, air bags, obtacle course, playland, rock-climbing and zip lines.
Weekly schedules will be emailed no later than the Friday prior to each week a camper attends.
