For campers K–13, the Spirit of Summer comes alive through weekly themes incorporating traditional Kidcam Camp activities such as arts and crafts, STEM, food crafts, group games and more. In addition, campers enjoy all that Airborne-X has to offer including multiple jump zones, playland, obstacle course, air bags, and zip lines!

Registration
Register campers by clicking the Register Now button to create an online, Parent Portal through Active Network. Call 844-4KIDCAM with any questions or email Bayouregion@KidcamCamps.com.
Registration Fee
Registration fees are non-refundable. Please visit our Policies & Procedures for complete details on refunds.

Weekly Tuition
Weekly tuition must be paid to secure a camper's place.
NEW: Parents may now make a deposit to secure the week with an automatic payment plan. Enrollment is on a first-come, first served basis and will close once spots in a week are full. If space remains, parents may register up until the Friday prior to a week. Tuition payments must be made through your parent account online.
Refunds
Registration fees are non-refundable. Please visit our Policies & Procedures for complete details on refunds.
Transfers
Parents can now Self-Transfer in the Active parent portal.
Transfers to another session will be accepted if:
The request is made no less than 5 days leading up to the week of the transfer
There is available space remaining in the week requested
A credit to your parent portal can be requesting within 10 days prior to the start of the week.
A $10 administrative fee will be added to all transfer/credit requests that can be accommodated.

Ages
Kidcam Camp is open to boys and girls, 4*-13 years old. Campers must turn 5 by 9/30* the year of camp.
Lunch & Snacks
Campers may bring their lunch/snacks or purchase breakfast, snacks, and lunch as needed, or save with an all-included meal plan.
Breakfast - $2.00 per day, per camper
Lunch - $6.00 per day, per camper
Snacks - $2.00 per day, per camper
Campers will only be allowed to purchase food and/or drinks at camp if food credits have been purchased through their camp account.
Purchase any 'food items' your camper needs weekly in the Session Options section of your shopping cart when buying weeks, or:
SAVE with the Meal Plan Package-$45 that includes all meals and snacks.
Campers MUST have pre-purchased food items in order to buy meals or snacks.
No need to send cash — all purchases are linked to your camper’s account!
Lunch Menus released on your weekly Camp Schedule no later than the Friday prior to a camp week.
For safety reasons, glass bottled drinks are not allowed at camp. Box drinks, canned drinks, or plastic/insulated thermos are acceptable.

Before Camp Care is available as early as 7:00 AM. Campers may arrive between 8:30AM-8:55AM at no charge. The camp day begins at 9:00AM.
After Camp Care is available from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM.

Packages can be purchased as a session option when buying the week.
Daily Option: $4/Morning Care $10/After Care as needed
Can also be billed 'as needed' by day to credit card on file.
Gear
CAMP SHIRTS MUST BE WORN EVERY DAY. There is no exception to this rule unless a day is noted on your schedule as “costume day” or other type of special dress day.
If a camper comes to camp without a camp shirt, the camper MUST purchase a shirt to remain in camp that day. The parents also have the option to bring a shirt to camp.
Please label all shirts, shorts, shoes, towels, water bottles and lunch boxes, or other items brought from home.
Activities | Weekly Themes
Kidcam’s engaging weekly themes are action-packed with activities that promote fun, fitness, friendship, and creativity each week.
Campers enjoy a different theme each week, while incorporating activities ranging from arts and crafts, STEM, food crafts, group games, and mini-lessons, as well as all the fun Airborne-X has to offer, including jump zones, air bags, obtacle course, playland, rock-climbing and zip lines.
Weekly schedules will be emailed no later than the Friday prior to each week a camper attends.
