Before Camp Care is available as early as 7:30 AM. Campers may arrive between 8:30AM-8:55AM at no charge. The camp day begins at 9:00AM.
After Camp Care is available from 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM.

Registration

Registration Fee

Weekly Tuition
Weekly tuition must be paid to secure a camper's place in a week. Enrollment is on a first-come, first served basis and will close once spots in a week are full. If space remains, parents may register up until the Thursday prior to a week. Tuition payments must be made through your parent account online.

Refunds
Registration fees are non-refundable. Please visit our Policies & Procedures for complete details on refunds.
Refunds can be processed up to 4 weeks before a camper’s start date by emailing accounting@kidcamcamps.com.
$10 fee per camper/week + credit card processing fees.
Transfer of weeks can now be managed directly in your online Parent Portal if processed 10 days prior to a camper's weekly start date.
Transfers
Transfers between camp weeks must be made no less than 10 days leading up to the week of the transfer if here is available space remaining in the week requested.
A $10 administrative fee will be added to all transfer requests that can be accommodated.
Transfers can now be managed directly in your online Parent Portal within the policy timeframe and through the section of the week you need to transfer!
More To Know...
Ages
Every Day Away is open to boys and girls, 7-14 years old. Campers must turn 7 by the start of camp and be solid, confident swimmers.
Lunch & Snacks
Campers should bring their lunch/snacks each day. There are a few field trips where lunch will either be included or charged to your account. These days are posted on the weekly field trip schedule.
Campers may bring snacks from home or snacks daily.
Snacks - $2.25 per day, per camper
Food options MUST be pre-purchased, by day, through your Parent Portal.
For snacks and breakfast, item MUST be purchased as an Add-On in the weekly section of your Parent Portal for each day the meal item is needed. Parents can do this each week through their 'order' section for the week in their parent portal.

For safety reasons, glass bottled drinks are not allowed at camp. Box drinks, canned drinks, or plastic/insulated thermos are acceptable.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up
Drop-off and pick-up are located at the side entrance on Zimple St. (Take Freret, then a right onto Pine St., then a right onto Zimple St.)

Gear
CAMP SHIRTS MUST BE WORN EVERY DAY. There is no exception to this rule unless a day is noted on your schedule as “costume day” or other type of special dress day.
First Camp Shirt is free with tuition. Add to your shopping cart and use code EDASHIRT25 to discount the price.
If a camper comes to camp without a camp shirt, the camper MUST purchase a shirt to remain in camp that day. The parents also have the option to bring a shirt to camp.
Please label all shirts, shorts, shoes, towels, water bottles and lunch boxes, or other items brought from home.

Paul Marcello is a school counselor at Brother Martin High School and is excited to get back to working with Kidcam Camps! He is ready to spend Every Day Away and have fun on all of the great activities we have planned.
