Kidcam City Park fills up quickly each week, so we encourage you to register as soon as you know your schedule. To ensure your spot, we recommend securing all of your weeks at least one month before the week you plan to attend.
Options to purchase Extended Hours, Lunch and Snacks
For campers K–13, the Spirit of Summer comes alive through weekly themes incorporating swimming, STEM, sports, arts, life skills, movement, visits to Storyland, the Great Lawn, and Amusement Park rides, and Kidcam’s long-standing traditions. Plus, enjoy talent shows, counselor competitions, special performances, and more—all inside City Park's Birthday Village and Carousel Gardens. With over 50 years of trusted experience and accreditation by the American Camp Association, Kidcam makes summer safe, flexible, and stress-free for parents—and unforgettable for kids.

Registration
Register campers by clicking the Register Now button to create an online, Parent Portal through Active Network. Call 844-454-3226 with any questions or email Bayouregion@KidcamCamps.com.
Registration Fee
Registration fees are non-refundable. Please visit our Policies & Procedures for complete details on refunds.

Weekly Tuition
Weekly tuition must be paid to secure a camper's place in a week. Enrollment is on a first-come, first served basis and will close once spots in a week are full. If space remains, parents may register up until the Friday prior at 3pm to a week. Tuition payments must be made through your parent account online.
Refunds
Registration fees are non-refundable. Please visit our Policies & Procedures for complete details on refunds.
Refunds can be processed up to 4 weeks before a camper’s start date by emailing accounting@kidcamcamps.com.
$10 fee per camper/week + credit card processing fees.
Transfer of weeks can now be managed directly in your online Parent Portal if processed 10 days prior to a camper's weekly start date.
Transfers
Transfers between camp weeks must be made no less than 10 days leading up to the week of the transfer if here is available space remaining in the week requested.
A $10 administrative fee will be added to all transfer requests that can be accommodated.
Transfers can now be managed directly in your online Parent Portal within the policy timeframe and through the section of the week you need to transfer!

Ages
Kidcam Camp is open to boys and girls, K-13 years old. Campers MUST be entering Kindergarten before attending a Kidcam Camp.
Lunch & Snacks
Parents may send food from home for their campers each day or pre-purchase Breakfast, lunch, and snack for each day they attend.
Breakfast - $2.25 per day, per camper
Lunch - $6.25 per day, per camper
Snacks - $2.25 per day, per camper
Food options MUST be pre-purchased, by day, through your Parent Portal.
For lunch, snacks and breakfast, item MUST be purchased as an Add-On in the weekly section of your Parent Portal for each day the meal item is needed. Parents can do this each week through their 'order' section for the week in their parent portal.
If a camper doesn't have lunch, lunch will be charged using the card on file.
For safety reasons, glass bottled drinks are not allowed at camp. Box drinks, canned drinks, or plastic/insulated thermos are acceptable.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up
Drop-off and pick-up is at the back entrance of Birthday Village. Please enter #1 Stadium Drive in your GPS, and follow the Kidcam yard signs.
Before Care & After Care

Gear
CAMP SHIRTS MUST BE WORN EVERY DAY. There is no exception to this rule unless a day is noted on your schedule as “costume day” or other type of special dress day.
If a camper comes to camp without a camp shirt, the camper MUST purchase a shirt to remain in camp that day. The parents also have the option to bring a shirt to camp.
Please label all shirts, shorts, shoes, towels, water bottles and lunch boxes, or other items brought from home.
Activities | Weekly Themes
Kidcam’s engaging weekly themes are action-packed with activities that promote fun, fitness, friendship, and creativity each week.
“The Spirit of Summer” celebrates all that makes Kidcam’s 52 years GREAT!
Campers enjoy a different theme each week, while incorporating activities ranging from sports, arts, STEM, special activities, and water play.
Weekly schedules and any field trips will be posted online no later than the Friday prior to each week a camper attends.

Coach Joe Schick
Joseph Schick, Coach Joe, has been a part of the Kidcam family going on 18 years now! He has been a teacher and coach for over 30 years and has been honored as Coach of the Year numerous times by both the city and state. He is excited about our campers getting back to some of the traditional Kidcam fun and especially taking full advantage of City Park's amusement park!
Fun Facts:
Graduated from University of New Orleans with a degree in Physical Education.
Is a fan of going to concerts and listening to music.
Enjoys spending time with family and friends on his free time.
