Weekly tuition must be paid to secure a camper's place in a week. Enrollment is on a first-come, first served basis and will close once spots in a week are full. If space remains, parents may register up until the Thursday prior to a week. Tuition payments must be made through your parent account online.
PrePaid Food and Aftercare accounts are debit accounts to which you can add funds for the summer, or on an as-needed basis. Money is auto-deduct as it is used for either food or aftercare.
Prepaid funds are shared between campers on the same account.
Money may be applied toward balances due in either account if there are funds in one, and a balance due in another.
It’s recommended to pay only what’s expected to be used as refunds are not given on prepaid accounts. Funds will rollover to the following week and camp year.

After camp childcare is available at a rate of $2/half-hour (siblings $1/half-hour), ends by 6:00 PM.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up
Drop off for morning care between 7:00 am thru 8:30 am will be at the Barrow St. Parish Hall Entrance. Carpool drop-off from 8:30am-9am will be at Belanger St. in the covered circle drive-thru. Any drop-offs after 9am will need to call the camp line to have someone open the door. Afternoon carpool pickup is at 3:00pm at the Belanger St. carpool ramp. Aftercare (once carpool ends) is from 3:00-6:00pm and parents must come to the Prayer Garden Glass doors (to the left of the church) to pick up their campers from after-care (in Parish Hall off Barrow St.).
CAMP SHIRTS MUST BE WORN EVERY DAY. There is no exception to this rule unless a day is noted on your schedule as “costume day” or other type of special dress day.
If a camper comes to camp without a camp shirt, the camper MUST purchase a shirt to remain in camp that day. The parents also have the option to bring a shirt to camp.
Please label all shirts, shorts, shoes, towels, water bottles and lunch boxes, or other items brought from home.
Kidcam’s engaging weekly themes are action-packed with activities that promote fun, fitness, friendship, and creativity each week.
“The Spirit of Summer” celebrates all that makes Kidcam’s 50 years GREAT. Campers enjoy a different theme each week, while incorporating activities ranging from sports, arts, STEM, special activities, and water play.
Weekly schedules and any field trips will be posted online no later than the Friday prior to each week a camper attends.
Campers may bring their lunch/snacks or set up a pre-paid food account to purchase breakfast, snacks, and lunch daily.
Breakfast - $2.00 per day, per camper
Lunch - $5.00 per day, per camper
Snacks - $1.50 per day, per camper
Campers will only be allowed to purchase food and/or drinks at camp if money is available in their pre-paid food account. If a camper needs lunch, a one-time charge will be provided, but must be paid by time of pick up.
Pre-paid food accounts must be kept current. Lunch menus are provided weekly on the camp’s Weekly Schedule or in the parent portal.
For safety reasons, glass bottled drinks are not allowed at camp. Box drinks, canned drinks, or plastic/insulated thermos are acceptable.
St. Matthews Episcopal School
We’re continuing to bring the Spirit of Summer to life by creating memorable moments and lasting relationships all through the power of camp.
Each week will have an overarching theme that includes arts and crafts, sports, STEM, cooking and culinary crafts, group activities, swimming, field trips, as well as designated Kid’s Choice periods where campers have the freedom to incorporate preferred activities from a selection of activities.
Open House: Thursday April 28th 5-7pm (in Parish Hall on Barrow St.)
