Registration Fee

A non-refundable one-time Registration Fee of $50 for the first child and $35 for each additional child.

Registration fees are subject to change after April 1st based on the camp enrollment.

Rates

$300 per week

includes cost of field trips & transportation

Weekly Payments

Weekly tuition must be paid to secure a camper's place in a week. Enrollment is on a first-come, first served basis and will close once spots in a week are full. If space remains, parents may register up until the Thursday prior to a week. Tuition payments must be made through your parent account online.

Prepaid Accounts

Pre-paid food accounts are not available for Every Day Away campers. Campers must bring a snack, lunch, and refillable water bottle with them every day. Morning and afternoon snacks are also recommended.

PrePaid Aftercare accounts are debit accounts to which you can add funds for the summer, or on an as-needed basis. Money is auto-deduct as it is used for aftercare.

Prepaid funds are shared between campers on the same account.

Money may be applied toward balances due in either account if there are funds in one, and a balance due in another.

Ages

Every Day Away is open to boys and girls, 8-14 years old. Campers must turn 8 by 9/30 (the year of camp) and be solid, confident swimmers.

Lunch & Snacks

Before and After Care

FREE before camp childcare is available as early as 7:00 AM.

After camp childcare is available at a rate of $2/half-hour (siblings $1/half-hour), ends by 6:00 PM.

Drop-Off and Pick-Up

Drop-off and pick-up are thru the side doors of Parish Hall, off Broadway Ave. through the circular driveway.

Gear

CAMP SHIRTS MUST BE WORN EVERY DAY. There is no exception to this rule unless a day is noted on your schedule as “costume day” or other type of special dress day.

If a camper comes to camp without a camp shirt, the camper MUST purchase a shirt to remain in camp that day. The parents also have the option to bring a shirt to camp.

Please label all shirts, shorts, shoes, towels, water bottles and lunch boxes, or other items brought from home.

Every Day Away is a summer day camp concept, brought to you by 50-year summer camp experts, Kidcam Camps. Now in its 7th summer, campers age 8-14 will not stay put, but get off campus every day as they enjoy new destinations & surprising excursions. We don’t just hit the road, we get out of town!

Every Day Away (EDA) offers a unique day camp experience each week allowing our campers the opportunity to get out and about each day. They make amazing memories with new friends, enjoy times with old friends who return year after year or join them from school circles. EDA allows them to "get out of their daily bubble,” all while providing a feeling of some new-found independence with safe adventures and stimulation that tests their strengths, and even helps them overcome some fears. Each week we look to incorporate a community service & educational element to the curriculum and activities.

EDA Campers must be age 8 at the start of camp, and should be solid swimmers in order to attend all of the swimming/water park adventures.
