Prepaid Accounts
PrePaid Food and Aftercare accounts are debit accounts to which you can add funds for the summer, or on an as-needed basis. Money is auto-deduct as it is used for either food or aftercare.
Prepaid funds are shared between campers on the same account.
Money may be applied toward balances due in either account if there are funds in one, and a balance due in another.
It’s recommended to pay only what’s expected to be used as refunds are not given on prepaid accounts. Funds will rollover to the following week and camp year.

Activities
Kidcam’s engaging weekly themes are action-packed with activities that promote fun, fitness, friendship, and creativity each week.
“The Spirit of Summer” celebrates all that makes Kidcam’s 50 years GREAT. Campers enjoy a different theme each week, while incorporating activities ranging from sports, arts, STEM, special activities, water play, and field trips, as well as all the fun Elevation Station has to offer, including jump zones, basketball, wall-climbing, air-bag, trapeze, and arena dodgeball.
Weekly schedules and any field trips will be posted online no later than the Friday prior to each week a camper attends.
Campers may bring their lunch/snacks or set up a pre-paid food account to purchase breakfast, snacks, and lunch daily.
Breakfast - $2.00 per day, per camper
Lunch - $5.00 per day, per camper
Snacks - $1.50 per day, per camper
Campers will only be allowed to purchase food and/or drinks at camp if money is available in their pre-paid food account. If a camper needs lunch, a one-time charge will be provided, but must be paid by time of pick up.
Pre-paid food accounts must be kept current. Lunch menus are provided weekly on the camp’s Weekly Schedule or in the parent portal.
For safety reasons, glass bottled drinks are not allowed at camp. Box drinks, canned drinks, or plastic/insulated thermos are acceptable.
